Reservations

All services are available by appointment only. To secure your preferred time, we recommend scheduling as far in advance as possible.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged the full-service amount. Same-day appointments are considered confirmed and cannot be canceled without penalty.

If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, the full-service fee will be charged. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Late Arrivals

To ensure the best experience for all our guests, treatments are scheduled to allow sufficient time for each service. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate subsequent appointments. Full-service fees will still apply.

Etiquette

Please place your phone on vibrate or silent mode while visiting the spa.

Gratuities

Gratuities are not expected but are appreciated. They can be provided in cash or added to your credit card payment.

Product Return

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We only accept returns for defective containers, or allergic reactions which must be reported right away and returned within 7 days of purchase.

How often should I get a facial?

Every 3 - 6 weeks is ideal. Coming in for routine facials is a great way to heal damaged skin, prevent signs of aging and maintain healthy glowing skin.

I’m not sure which facial to book.

No worries, we’ve got you covered! I suggest you book the DeLuxe facial which is enough time but, we can easily switch it to a different facial on the day of your appointment. At your appointment, I will examine your skin and choose a facial best suited to your skin’s needs.

How long is each facial?

Facials are typically booked for 60-75 minutes, providing ample time for a comprehensive treatment. For a quicker option, our express facials are scheduled for 35-45 minutes, perfect for those on the go!

What can I expect during a facial?

At each facial, we discuss your skincare concerns with you. We will then cleanse and then asses your skin. From there we will choose a facial that will be best suited to your skin’s needs. This may include masking, extractions, custom beauty cocktail infusions, light therapy, etc. After yourappointment we can help you set up an at-home care routine that will leave you glowing!

Can I still get facial while pregnant?

Absolutely! If you are expecting, just be sure to let us know so we can use products that are pregnancy safe. This is a great way to pamper yourself too!

​Can I get Microcurrent done after getting Botox/fillers?

No! Microcurrent cannot be performed for about 14 days after getting Botox/fillers. However, you can still come in for a standard facial (I recommend the Nano Dermal Infusion)

What is vitamin C and why do I need it?

Vitamin C is the underrated powerhouse of skincare—a long-term investment for your skin, much like saving for retirement. Our Acne Bootcamp Program has an over %90 success rate and is designed to identify the root causes of your breakouts and manage them with a customized combination of treatments and advanced, clinical-grade products.

At Skin by Nesrin, we specialize in addressing treat all types of acne grades 1- 4 (mild to severe non-inflamed, inflamed, cystic acne, hormonal acne, acne rosacea, teen acne, mature or adult acne, and back acne). Our holistic approach combines powerful home care solutions with personalized treatments, while also considering intrinsic factors such as hormones, allergies, or food sensitivities that may be affecting your skin.

The Acne Program involves a series of bi-weekly treatments to accelerate your skin's clearing process. Along the way, we educate you on lifestyle factors that impact your skin, including diet, medication, cosmetics, stress, physical activity, and hidden pore-clogging ingredients in skincare products. After thoroughly analyzing your skin, we create a simple, tailored home care routine to help you achieve and maintain clear, healthy skin.What works for one person may not work for another. For this reason, we keep an eye on how your skin responds – making modifications to your treatment plan as needed. This initially requires an office visit every two weeks for several months. Once your acne is under control, you will need to maintain your daily skincare regimen. To keep your skin healthy, follow up appointments are recommended for a monthly deep cleanse facial with professional products.

How long does the Acne Bootcamp take?

Clearing acne is not an overnight fix-it’s a journey. On average, it takes about 3-6 months to achieve completely clear skin. However, as you progress through the process, you’ll notice your skin becoming visibly clearer along the way. Patience and consistency are key!

  • A 3 to 6 month supply of specially formulated, non-pore-clogging acne products designed to support your skin’s clearing process. Ongoing support from your dedicated acne coach, who will be available to answer questions, provide guidance, and adjust your routine as your skin evolves and improves. This personalized approach ensures that your journey to clear skin is effective, supported, and tailored to your unique needs.
  • Consultation $35 The process starts with an in-person consultation, where we will assess your skin and conduct sensitivity testing to identify the best products for your specific skin type. Your journey will also include your first customized acne treatment. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive informational packet with diet and lifestyle recommendations designed to minimize acne formation and support lasting results.
  • Home-Care $150-$200 If you are ready to fully commit to the program, we will create a customized Face Reality home care regimen tailored to your skin needs. Consistency is key-your success and depends on following your routine every single day, morning and night! To achieve the best results, its essential to use only recommended products throughout the program.
  • Professional treatments $99 Pro treatments help your acne clear more quickly! You will need to come in every 2 weeks for a follow up treatment including an enzyme or a peel, extractions and high frequency if needed. If you are unable to come in for treatments, we will need to do virtual check ins to monitor your progress and adjust homecare routine.
